Refunds & Cancellations

1. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of payment, provided our experts have not started working on your report. To cancel, email shubhnumbers@gmail.com with your order ID. Once preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Full refund if cancellation request is received within 2 hours and work has not started.
• Full refund in case of duplicate payment for the same order.
• Full refund if we are unable to deliver the report due to reasons on our side.
• No refund once the personalized report has been delivered to your email/WhatsApp.
• No refund for incorrect birth details / personal information provided by the user.

3. Refund Process & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Subscription / Membership

Monthly memberships (e.g. Daily Energy Club) can be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the next cycle. The current month's subscription is non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email shubhnumbers@gmail.com with:

• Order ID / payment reference
• Registered email and phone number
• Reason for refund

Our team reviews every request within 48 business hours and responds with the resolution.
